Plaintiff Andrew Delgado filed his putative class action and collective Complaint (Docket No. 1) on December 13, 2013. Plaintiff was employed as a server from May 2013 to October 2013 by defendant Castellino Corporation d/b/a Via Toscana, which is owned by defendant Robin Castellino.
