MINUTE ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate and Reschedule Scheduling Conference and for Extension of Time (the "Motion"), filed on February 8, 2006.

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and the Scheduling Conference set for February 22, 2006, is vacated and reset to March 29, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom A-401, Fourth Floor, Alfred A.
